Requesting Event Photography

To request photography services at your on-campus university event, submit a project request form. We ask that you submit your request at least ten (10) working days prior to the day of the event. NOTE: Submitting a project request does not guarantee coverage at your event. 

University Staff and Faculty Portraits 

Official university staff and faculty portraits are by appointment only on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Our university booking site can be used to see current availability and will allow you to select a time that works for you.
